WHAT?! This is blasphemy! Someone...liking school?

But yes, I love my classes this semester. Especially English. Yesterday, the teacher had us write a stream-of-consciousness piece and it was amazing. Here, let me show you how amazing it was.

Twilight Sparkle Rainbow Dash sonic rainboom best day ever! Wonderbolts! If you had what it took you already would've been a Wonderbolt. Applejack more apple fritters Apple Family Reunion raise this barn, raise this barn, 1, 2, 3, 4. Together we can raise the barn apples, carrots, celery stalks. Colorful flowers, too! Three months of winter coolness.

That is my thought process.

First of all, I just want to say I've been busy. On Monday I auditioned for a play that's being run by a local group called Teen to Teen Theater. They're doing Disney's Alice in Wonderland Jr and I tried out for the Mad Hatter. Because I'd make an amazing Mad Hatter. As it turns out, I got called back to do it all again, but I won't be able to make it.

Which brings me to my next piece of news. My family is going to Washington, DC this weekend and we're leaving tomorrow morning at 10 am. While this means plenty of internet-less computer time (aka, a good time to go over my lines on those comics) it's also a six-hour drive. In the car. Meaning bad time for drawing of any sort.

Anyways, for those of you who were waiting for the second page (aka, no one) I might be posting it tonight, but otherwise it's not going up until next week. I had some problems with my scanner/printer, but it should be working again, according to my dad. If I'm not too lazy, I'll get up and scan it to my flash drive, along with page three.

What?! I've been working this whole time? Shocking, right? But the kids at the camp have been asking me all week if I've been working "On that comic-story-picture-pony-thing". So I keep drawing for them. Even more news, I've started on page four. Even more news, I've started going over the lines on page one, so it'll be looking much better soon. Anyways, I'll be working on those comics in whatever free time I happen to have. Not that you guys are reading them.

In other news, I can't wait to go back to school. Sound odd? I haven't seen my friends all summer. I'm excited to see familiar faces.

So, as you might have guessed, I have regained the ability to draw (though I still can't move my wrist). Turns out that the real problem was that the splint kept me from holding a pencil properly and the brace doesn't. You may have also seen the beginning of my new project, Stormy Days and Starry Nights, starring Silver Breeze and North Star. For those who are curious, I just completed the sketch for the second page. This, of course, means nothing in the way of when it will be done. I always end up changing a lot of things when I go back over it to darken the lines.

I had some trouble with the expressions on page two, but I got through it alright. I think I got the emotions across alright. Overall, I'm pretty pleased with it. So far. We'll see how that lasts through darkening and coloring.

In other news, my wrist still hurts. A lot. I'm in so much pain right now. I'm not even kidding. ;_;

So, I'm having surgery today. On my wrist. My right one. The one I use to draw. Yeah. I'm not entirely sure, but I think they're going to make me wear a brace on it for like, 3 weeks. So you won't get any "new" drawings until then, but I have some that I haven't yet scanned and put up here, so I'll try to space those out if I really do have to wear a brace.

On another, but related note, I'm starving. I'm not allowed to eat ANYTHING this morning. Plus, they're making me be there super early. We have to be at the hospital at like, 6:45.

So anyways, everyone hope everything goes well with the surgery! 'Cause if it doesn't, I'll have a hook hand!

I dunno if I've mentioned this, but I'm working as a volunteer at a summer camp. You'd think this would mean less drawing time, right?

Wrong!

What it actually means is more drawing time. While at home, I have a laptop and tend to procrastinate drawing, but at camp, the kids always beg me to draw. They like to watch.

I bought a necklace on e-Bay and it came in the mail yesterday. The pendent is Lightning's gunblade from Final Fantasy XIII. It's amazing.

Anyways, to any of you who, you know, actually read these things (possibly only me), which of the Mane 6 would you like to see next? I have an Applejack one in progress, and I still haven't quite figured out Rarity's tail yet, so keep in mind how long these things will take. Also, I will take suggestions for poses to put various ponies in. Just pop a comment down there with the name of the pony and what you'd like them to be doing.
